●要求条件／平行度公差＜0.003mm、平面度公差＜0.003mm、Ra＜0.05μm
●ワーク精度が高く、ディスク単体での寸法誤差は1～2μmです。

ビトリファイドボンドダブルグラインディングディスクの用途
主にシール部品（炭化ケイ素、アルミナセラミックス、ジルコニアセラミックス、サーメットなど）工具（超硬、PCD、PCBN、高速度鋼など）、セラミックバルブ、各種粉末冶金、超硬合金などの主要部品の加工に使用されます。
ダイヤモンド砥石は、超硬、タングステン鋼、PCBN の高硬度ワークピース、セラミック、光学ガラス、サファイアガラス、その他の非金属材料の研削に適しています。
