構造と構成
1ダイヤモンドの粒子は単層に並べられ,粒子の大きさは80# (粗い磨き) からW10 (細工磨き) までの範囲で,天然や人工のダイヤモンドを選択できます.高級 製品 の 中 に は,熱 に 耐久 し,粘着 力 を 強化 する ため,チタン 塗装 ダイヤモンド が 用い られ ます.
2金属コーティング:ニッケルベースまたはニッケル・コバルト合金コーティング (厚さ50~200μm) で,ダイヤモンドの根を電位配置で包み込み,機械的なアンカーを形成する.
